Hello, everyone! The New Year is coming soon, I am at the headquarters of the group company and would like to extend my best wishes for the holidays to everyone!

when the evening lights are lit， In the headquarters park, Inner Mongolia Park, Russia park and Shandong, Ningxia bases, in our African mine construction site far across the ocean, there are still many front-line workers, managers adhere to their duties and loyalty as usual. Many of them have been at abroad for a long time and cannot return to their families. On behalf of the Xibao group ,I would like to extend the most sincere condolences to them and wish them peace and success!

The storm is raging, and the battle is not stopped. 2022 is a year for the whole group to anchor the direction, gather strength,  explore and implement three new strategies.

In mid-spring, through a video link, we successfully signed a contract with the government of the Lipetsk Region of the Russian Federation and the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone for industrial production, taking a key step in the "going out" strategy. Mengxia, Xufeng Heyuan DMC Green chemical project start construction, Inner Mongolia park "upgrade" strategy started acceleration; In early winter, the comprehensive utilization line of new energy materials and renewable resources in the headquarters park produced the first batch of qualified products, and the parent company's "transformation" strategy entered the right track

Everything is moving steadily and firmly towards the blueprint of courage to open up and go to the world!

This year is also a year in which we continue to deepen our main business and respond to the impact of multiple factors exceeding expectations in the economic situation with a steady and unchanging manner.

In the face of the epidemic, we are together, with the spirit of "seamless integration" of  XIBAO has built a friendship bridge of shared destiny, and received the widespread praise from customers; In order to solve the stranglehold problems , our R & D and production personnel have overcome difficulties, and  developed more than 20 innovative products such as billet ultra-low carbon steel  , high aluminum non-oriented silicon steel, 304 stainless steel, high and low grade non-oriented silicon steel continuous casting mold powder, contributing to deepening localization of special steel materials; In order to promote standardization and lead high-quality development, we have released 9 national standard samples of continuous casting mold powder, and the total number of national/industrial inspection standards increased to 8, including X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to determine the main elements of electroslag remelting slag to fill the gaps in domestic detection methods; As one of the 32 Chinese companies, we also went to Moscow to participate in the Russian Metal Expo 2022, the largest metallurgical exhibition in the CIS countries. This is also an important opportunity for Xibao as a Chinese manufacture brand to show itself to the world.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you for your hard earned achievements, which are the result of the wisdom, blood and sweat of all Xibao people.

The past is not to be traced, but the future is not. 2023 will be the year in which all of us stand at a new starting point and meet new challenges.

This year, we will focus on the themes of steady, science and sustainability, continue to promote the strategy of transformation, upgrading and going global,  deeply explore the law of international development of private manufacturing in the post-epidemic era. We should speed up the development and utilization of new energy chemical materials, create more surprises based on new industries.  Creating new opportunities for traditional industries to achieve lane change and corner overtaking; We should unswervingly and orderly promote various reform measures, attract elites from various industries in a more open pattern, and build Xibao into a dynamic platform for employees and enterprises running in both directions and developing together; We also need to flexibly respond to the current complex and changing economic situation and industry trends with a calm and determined attitude, coordinate security and development issues, expand new international niche markets, and continue to show our confidence on the world stage!

Life is always full of hope, opportunities have always favored those people who are optimistic and pragmatic, hard working. our struggle course is always the future of the future!
