Xibao Group is also one of the 28 designated metallurgical standard sample development units in China. The laboratory of the testing center is mainly responsible for the physical and chemical index detection of all kinds of finished products, semi-finished products, test materials and raw materials. It is equipped with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (MAGIX, AXIOS), oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer (ONH836), inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (AVIO-200), and rapid moisture meter (MAC 50/NH). As well as infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, high temperature physical property tester, melt physical property tester and other inspection and testing equipment, with CNAS, CMA dual qualifications, has a strong and comprehensive physical and chemical inspection and testing capabilities.

By 2022, Xibao Group has issued 9 standard samples of casting mold protection slag in China. Among them, there are 5 national industrial standard sample for chemical analysis of casting mold protection slag,

3 national industry standard sample for melting point and 1 national industry standard sample for viscosity. At the same time, the national industry testing standard "Determination of total calcium, calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide Content in electroslag steel premelting slag by X-ray fluorescence Spectrometry" drafted by the testing center of Xibao Group has been successfully released. The development and drafting of standard samples is of great significance for the calibration measuring equipment, evaluating testing methods and controlling product quality of casting mold protection slag, which reflects the technical strength and quality guarantee of Xibao Group and strengthens the benchmarking position of Xibao industry leader enterprise.
