On October 8, Li Shucheng, chairman of the Group, went to South Korea and signed an agreement with Kim Sang-pei, president of Korea Refractory Co., LTD., on behalf of the two sides to jointly invest in a joint venture company, responsible for the sales of Xibao products in South Korea.
The Inner Mongolia Park has total built 10 sets of 30,000 kVA ore furnace and 1 set of 42,000 KVA ore furnace, achieving an annual capacity of 700,000 tons, which greatly improves the overall scale and industry concentration of the local special alloy industry.In the same year, the "industrial standard sample of melting point of continuous casting protective slag" was released.
It was identified by the Metallurgical sub-Technical Committee of the National Standard Sample Technical Committee as one of the 24 "Designated Research Unit of Metallurgical Standard Samples" in our country.
In 2013, Xibao Group successively released 5 "Standard samples for Chemical Analysis of continuous casting protective slag", which has the ability to preside over the development of metallurgical standard sample industry standards.
In April, at the north of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Ulanqab Xufeng Xinchuang Industrial Co., Ltd.,was established.with the initial investment of 3 billion yuan, preparation for the construction of alloy new materials high-quality circular economy industrial park. The project is located in Tianpishan Metallurgical and Chemical Industrial Park, Chayouqianqi, Ulanqab City, covering a total area of more than 2000 mu, mainly producing all kinds of manganese and chromium alloy products, which was put into operation that year.
In October, the chairman of Isfahan Steel Plant, Iran's largest steel company, visited Xibao Group and met with Li Shucheng, chairman of the group, to discuss cooperation matters.
It is jointly assessed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation as the "Technology Center of National Certified Enterprises".
In May, initiated by the National Institute of Metallurgical Industry Information Standards, Xibao Group is responsible for drafting the "classification of Continuous casting protective slag (2010-3479T-YB)", "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of continuous casting protective slag (2010-3478T-YB)" and "Determination method of aluminum and iron content in Cast-steel shot Aluminium (2010-3470T-YB)" three industry standards successfully passed the review. In the same month, the fluoride-free slag agent was successfully developed and popularized in Jinan Iron and Steel.And, Xibao Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. to further promote the strategic cooperation between the two sides in the field of aluminum products.
It is the first year of the full implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Xibao Group. The annual output value reached 3.5 billion yuan, sales reached 4.15 billion yuan, tax profit reached 283 million yuan, and international trade sales exceeded 40 million U.S. dollars for the first time. In the same year, it successfully passed the evaluation of "Henan Provincial Metallurgical Protective Materials Engineering Laboratory" of Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
In March, the national continuous casting protection slag test method series standard plan implementation meeting and two industry standard discussions were held in Xibao Group, the meeting was drafted by Xibao Group "Continuous casting protection slag classification (2010-3479T-YB)", "Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of continuous casting protective slag( 2010-3478T-YB)" were discussed. Experts from National Steel Standardization Technical Committee, Metallurgical Industry Information Standard Research Institute, China Steel Research Center for Continuous Casting, Wuhan Iron and Steel Research Institute, College of Materials, Chongqing University, Baosteel Manufacturing Department, Shougang Technology Center, TiSCO Technology Center, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Technology Center, as well as some technical personnel of continuous casting protective slag production enterprises attended the meeting.
