Ulanqab Xufeng Heyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ulanqab Xufeng Xinchuang Industrial Co., LTD. It is also a section of Xibao Group focusing on the manufacture of chemical basic raw materials and chemical products. Xufeng Heyuan Chemical was founded in July 2018, in accordance with the design concept of "green industry, circular economy, safety and reliability, high quality and efficiency", is committed to exploring the industrialization and large-scale application of comprehensive utilization technology of coal furnace exhaust gas and industrial waste gas. After the unremitting scientific research and research of the project team, the first set of domestic industrial application of coal mine furnace gas methanol device has been built, with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, and the methanol produced meets the GB 33-2011 national standard, belongs to 99.9% of the national standard excellent products, and has been put into the market.The implementation of this technical concept has also forged a key closed loop for the high-quality circular economy industrial model of Xibao Group's alloy new materials, and was awarded the first prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award in 2021.

Innovation never ends. At the end of 2021, focusing on the transformation and upgrading strategy of the Group company and the concept of iron-chemical co-production, the Xufeng Heyuan Chemical Mine Thermoelectric Furnace Exhaust Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project to Make New Energy Materials and Carbon Dioxide Comprehensive Utilization Project (DMC Green Chemical Project) was officially established. This project is a new generation of clean and new energy organic chemical project based on the circular economy industry chain of  new alloy materials. The main products include dimethyl carbonate/electronic grade dimethyl carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, food grade carbon dioxide, dry ice, etc. It can not only effectively reduce carbon emissions in the production  of ferroalloy and methanol, realize 100%  recovery  of waste heat energy and industrial waste gas, but also extend the iron alloy and chemical industry chain in depth, and do not produce new pollution emissions throughout the process, which is to promote the coordinated promotion of carbon reduction, pollution reduction, green expansion and growth from the height of implementing the national "dual carbon" strategy, and take a new path of high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development.
