Xibu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a large-scale  metallurgical protective materials and functional refractory production base wholly-owned by  Xibao Group in Lipetsk Oblast , Russian Federation, and is also an overseas manufacturing base built by Xibao Group during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The initial investment of the project is 300 million yuan, The first phase of the project covers a total area of more than 300 mu, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of  protective slag and 10,000 tons of continuous casting refractory production.
