Since its establishment,the Continuous Casting Division has always taken "meeting customer needs, ensuring continuous casting times, innovating technical methods, and stabilizing process quality" as its business purpose,and has explored a set of aluminum-carbon refractory professional technology with Xibao characteristics on the basis of increasing investment in scientific research, introducing advanced technical personnel, and extensively carrying out technical cooperation,  And constantly adapting  to the new situation of the market through carbon reduction, energy saving and consumption reduction processes. The division  has 5 modern production lines, including an automatic batting line and an automatic low-pressure forming line, which are equipped with specialized testing equipment such as high temperature bending resistance, normal temperature pressure resistance, normal temperature bending resistance, body density tester, thermal shock stability tester, X-ray flaw detector, fluorescence spectrochemical analyzer, etc., with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. The aluminum carbon three major products required by the steel continuous casting market, such as: aluminum carbon, magnesium carbon monoblock stopper, aluminum carbon, aluminum zirconium carbon submerged entry nozzle, argon blowing, non-argon blowing  nozzle, as well as non-baking type ladle shroud, argon blowing upper nozzle, slab quick change nozzle, no carbon and no silicon series of  nozzle  etc.can be produced.

Since putting into production, Xibao  refractory material has  made great technological breakthroughs in carbon-free ladle shroud , silicon-free ladle shroud , magnesium nozzle, no-bake submerged entry nozzle , thin slab submerged entry nozzle and other products, and  solved the  industrial problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency of the traditional drying and shaping process through technological innovation, all kinds of products are not only widely used in major domestic steel enterprises, Also exported to Malaysia, Thailand, Russia Masteel, Ukraine, South Korea, Egypt, Vietnam, Turkey, India and other countries and China Taiwan region, in the thermal stability, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of the three indicators by users.
