The Metallurgical Equipment Division is a division of Xibao Group specializing in the special machinery and equipment industry, and is committed to the research, development and application of metallurgical parts manufacturing, continuous casting roller manufacturing and repair, and remanufacturing technology of failed spare parts.

Since engaging in the industry in 2003,the division has been engaged in the industry with the goal of "becoming the world's top metallurgical equipment manufacturer", focusing on metallurgical continuous casting equipment technology, especially roller table manufacturing and repair technology, and continuously improving its comprehensive strength and individual capabilities, and striving to provide customers with better equipment products and technical services.   The division now has a modern production workshop covering a total area of more than 30,000 square meters,  the main production equipment includes double wire swing submerged arc automatic surfacing machine (Weldclad), large double table horizontal machining center (HHMC630E), trolley type high temperature heat treatment resistance furnace, large CNC gantry machining center, CNCcylindrical grinding machine (Grand ME1350), And CK61160X8, CK6163 various types of lathes, etc. The testing equipment is complete, and all have realized computer information data collection and feedback processing, which can meet the needs of customers for different types of metallurgical equipment manufacturing, repair and technical services.

After years of development, Metallurgical Equipment Division continuous casting roller products have achieved serialization, specialization and mass production. Not only with Angang, Nangang, Jinan Iron and Steel, Baosteel Desheng, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Pingshan Jiye, Angang, Jianlong, Delong, Chongqing Iron and Steel, Hengrun, Xinyu Iron and Steel, Taiwan Iron and Steel and other large domestic steel enterprises as well as MCC South, MCC Jingcheng, Dalian Heavy Industry and other design institutes long-term supporting production, but also actively go abroad, We have established long-term supply cooperation with international customers such as Malaysia Steel Plant, Russia Severstal ,  South Korea Hyundai Steel Company, Turkey Kadmel Steel Company and so on.

At the same time, the Metallurgical Equipment division also successfully passed the SKF quality management system certification, and has become a partner of the new fully sealed lubrication-free continuous casting rollers developed by SKF and tested ConRo in Baosteel, and now has an annual production capacity of more than 8,000 sets of green environmental protection continuous casting rollers.  In addition to the roller table business, the business department also undertakes the intelligent upgrading and transformation of slab continuous casting equipment and the whole process equipment maintenance business for a long time,  it has a professional team of more than 100 people for the maintenance of continuous casting equipment, and the overall contract service for Baosteel Desheng, Nanjing Iron and Steel, Shanxi Jianlong, Tianjin Rongcheng, Xiamen Fuxin, Shaanxi Longmen and other steel enterprise users, widely praised by customers.
